We lived everything about the hotel.
We couldn’t fault anything
Maybe a few more choices at breakfast but it wasn’t anything major

It is very conveniently located to Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which was a huge time saver for our family.
Our a/c went out on the first night, but they did fix it promptly the next day. The towel supply could’ve been a bit more generous without having to request more at the front desk. All in all though, it was a great place to stay and a really good value.

I liked that it was close to universal studios
It was dirty. The sheets were very stained. The rooms were outdated and the breakfast was lacking
