A little rundown

The location was fantastic. The pizza shop across the road was excellent and we will come back to New York just to have their pizza again. The aircon was also good, but not as effective as we would have liked.
The staff were friendly but we had some requests (filling up the shampoo, conditioner and body wash) and they ignored this, even though we asked on 3 seperate days. When we asked for directions or best things to do, we got little to no help.

Great location and simple.
No space for suitcase. Had to walk over it on the floor. Very noisy especially at street level. We asked for a different room and they kindly accommodated us.
