Location was walkable from subway transportation. Really loved the bowl/sink in the bathroom! The restaurant was open late so we were able to get dinner after traveling all day. The coffee bar was excellent! Loved the entire vibe!
It was all good.

Good location, nice linens, good lotion
Poor storage, very poor lighting in the rooms, no coffee maker in the rooms, nowhere to sit in the room. New closet., nowhere to put stuff in the bathroom.

Location is good, the provide complementary coffee downstairs which is nice.
The room is too small and too compact.
We stayed with a baby, they indeed provided a crib like requested but nothing else in the hotel was baby-friendly.
We were also disappointed by the stuff. A few of our asks were either slow to be fulfilled or just incorrect (like using the hotel's laundry service and getting the laundry with a delay)
