Check-in and check-out were very easy. The staff was friendly. While I didn't take advantage of a breakfast option, it was available. The room was serviced every day and fresh towels were provided. Wi-Fi was freely available.
It would have been great to have coffee and/ or tea facilities for the room. Unfortunately the bed was a bit small for a 6'1" person. There was no way to regulate the temperature of the radiators in the room other than opening the window.

Lovely little hotel a short tube ride from central Milan. The place seems to have had a recent refresh and our room was clean and comfortable - with a sizeable balcony to boot. Located in a non-tourist district where local residents, many with a migration background, live and work, the area did not feel "sketchy", as some have commented, but rather an authentic part of the city. And with a buffet breakfast at just €5, there is much to commend this place.
It was slightly noisy at night - but so are many places in Italy. Nothing a pair of good earplugs can't remedy.

The property is great

It was a room with a bed and a cute private terrace we sat out on in the evening.
The room was a bit dated and could use a fresh coat of paint. Pillows were either flat or overstuffed and hard. Although is was clean it just gave a vibe of musty, old and dated. Instead of a duvet or quilt on the bed there was a ratty old polyester coverlet that was pilling.
