We loved everything about the property. The staff was great. The property and rooms were very clean and we were only across from the beach. We enjoyed the poolside having our cocktails and we can’t wait to go back. That was our second trip there.
There was nothing that we didn’t like we loved everything

The location was great. Close to the water. The resort is very old but the room has been updated to include a kitchenette with full size frig, coffee maker and dishes. The bathroom is very small but has had some updates. There were two recliners, a sofa, king bed and large tv. There was a nice dresser for longer stays and a large closet.
There was a deluge of rain and the parking lot was flooded. The water was gone by morning.

Hospitality, functionality and relaxing atmosphere
Nothing, all perfect

Lots of potential, clearly the maintenance and cleaning staff do a wonderful job
The GIANT service fee that was not included in the booking fee, many of the amenities fell short, the “heated” pool was colder than the ocean, the breakfast was public school cafeteria quality, and as for the private beach it was nice enough but another guest stole a pair of shoes from our towels, not the hotels fault but apparently no cameras face the entrance to the private beach or the front desk attendant couldn’t be bothered to review who may have walked off with the shoes
