The property was great! It was large, clean and comfortable! Condo had a Great view of the inter coastal, saw dolphins! Place was well stocked and had a very spacious balcony we sat on a lot! The marina and restaurant/bar were super convenient and the pool and hot tub were so relaxing! Very nice place! We Would love to return soon!

Almost everything. This was a beautiful condo. Roomy, very nicely decorated. Beautiful lighting and ceiling fans. Plenty of additional amenities such as coffee, shampoo, and plenty of ice in the ice maker!! Comfortable beds, beach towels, etc. Large balcony overlooking the marina. And the responsiveness from management was outstanding.
An awful odor as soon as we walked in the door. Management attempted to bring in an ozone machine but determined the odor was from the ozone machine so they didn't use it again. So, we opened windows, which helped. But the dirty floors, they were awful! We had spilled a little water on the floor and when we wiped it up, we were shocked at how filthy they were. We really didn't notice it by just looking at the floors but gosh, they were dirty. Also, the cushions on the balcony chairs were very moldy. We wouldn't sit on them without a towel. Also, both of the toilet seats need to be replaced (or tightened).
