The common room was one of the coziest we ever experienced, with a fireplace and a spectacular view from the windows. The food was amazing, the staff was kind and attentive with huge smiles. There was parking, the room smelled amazing, and everything was clean. Overall it was a very different feeling than being in a hotel, because there weren't a lot of other guests, and the staff was always there to help out with anything.
The internet was a bit weird, neither of the social media sites worked with it, but it ran everything else.

Breakfast very good including food available in the evening. Excellent knowledge of whiskey made evenings back at lounge even nicer. Location was very good to visit surrounding areas.

We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable, clean and large with an amazing view. We ate dinner there and it was exceptionally good. It was nice not to have to go out and find somewhere to eat after a busy day of travel. Breakfast was also very good.

Location and customer service in general
The food is very bad, I got the worst chicken curry in my life! I spend 30 minutes just to force myself to eat it. It like frozen food reheated in 4 star lodge!?
They are to many strict rule like food at specific time, main door close after specific time and you have to call someone to open it. You can't pay for dinner until the last night.
