Very clean throughout the Hotel.
Breakfast was exceptional. Hot choice different every day.
On the 23 bus route when coming back from the beach - stops outside the hotel front door 👍🏻👍🏻 worth the €2 fare not to have to walk up that hill!
The fact that towels, safety deposit box & TV remote control were all deposit items!
Staff were a bit abrupt with their clients.
The size of the hill you had to walk back up from the beach / sea front.
The fact you had to pay to use the Spa when you are guests.
Noisy door closing - vibrated throughout the corridors.
No tea & coffee facilities in the room but provided a fridge🤷🏼♀️

The staff is really helpful. The breakfast is good. The room is comfortable. The bus stops are next to the hotel.
The rooms are not sound proof. We could hear the guest in the room next to ours.
The wifi is not good.

Sea view was fabulous. Room airy and very clean. Fridge in room is great idea. Freshly cooked eggs at breakfast was fab.
Not 4 star! For it to be 4 star needs kettle and iron in room. Comfier mattresses and additional pillows. Also needs more storage.
Pool area was lovely.. It was quiet whilst we were there so never felt overcrowded.
Warmer for hot food food at breakfast was tepid at best which was a shame so food items were barely warm.
Bar service at pool was so slow.
Arenal has lovely beach and bars and food. Bars of an evening cater very much for German Dutch. Evening atmosphere quite flat and sorry but German music really isn't the best!!! And for that reason I wouldn't recommend to friends and family.

This hotel was fine for an affordable one night stay near the airport. The best part was the staff ordering us a taxi for 5am, the driver was on time and friendly, we were checked in and through security 15mins later! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The aircon in our room was struggling to cool so we had a cold shower to help. The facilities are run down and the area is a bit of a 'party scene' but it was fine.

"Old fashioned charm - loved the linen tablecloths at dinner and breakfast . Watching the sunsets from the sea view room with a glass of fizz , beautiful !"
