The Jacuzzi in my room
There was nothing I didn’t like it was perfect

I lile the price and the options
The fact that they refuse to let us do the check in with a human. We must do it on the computer by ourself and the fact that we have to pay for the towel really bodered me.
Finilay i wish there was on option to refuse the top bed in the dorms.

Breakfast great . Coffee station great but no cookies were there at all . Locating great .
Rooms were not spacious enough.

The staff was nice & responsive.
AC, pillows/bed were horrible. (Kept getting ERR on thermostat.) Fridge froze everything. One elevator broken entire stay. Hotel never responded about bereavement rates. There were always “wet floor” signs out. Price was high for what we got.
