Nothing, everything great.

A traditional family hotel run by delightful people who make you feel like a member of the family. The rooms and hotel are clean and comfortable and well priced. Breakfast was mostly cake which might not appeal to all, but they cook eggs on demand too and make excellent coffee. Very close to the beach, Metromare, restaurants and buses. Staff very helpful about what to do in Rimini.

Very convenient for the sea front. Good parking (guided by owner). Big room with balcony onto street. Airco worked well. Decent breakfast with good choice and nice cakes. Friendly, helpful staff.
On busy street leading to seafront. Noisy. A bit gloomy inside.

Great location close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The Italian style breakfast was good, with fresh omelettes prepared on request. The hotel also provided beach towels and discount vouchers for sunbeds. Overall, a very good choice for a stay in Rimini.
The Wi-Fi connection in the room was unstable and could be improved.
