My room had a kitchenette, which was good. I had basic utensils in my room.
The position of the TV is very weird. It wasn't facing the bed or even the couch. Ideally, it should face the bed.
The thermostat wasn't working very well. It took the entire night to adjust the temperature that I had set.

I love location and the complementary breakfast.
The customer service is not the best. The room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom sink, water went down very slow. Causing me to use kitchen sink when in need. When I notified the front desk the urgency to fix it was not an urgency.

The location was great. Near my event and next to the market.
The building is on a street that seems to attract people who speed down the road at late hours blasting music even though it’s a week night. The place was minimally staffed although they were reachable by text. Supplies and cooking tools were sparse. I had to call to get more and it was only a two night stay. The bed was saggy and not very comfortable. The room for a suite was also very small. It was essentially a tiny hotel room with a kitchen galley rather than a coffee counter. Overall the service, atmosphere and decorations didn’t warrant the high price. If I had paid less I would have not thought about these drawbacks but paying so much made them stand out.
