The room size was great and bed was comfy.
Breakfast & Coffee could have been better.

Convenient parking, good location only 5 min walk to Beal St.
The room was clean, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. The check in process could’ve been more informative and friendly. Staff (the ones we say anyway) seemed really fed-up and couldn’t be bothered with the customer. We felt like an inconvenience to them when we were checking in.

Great location within easy walking distance of Beale Street. Free on-site parking. Clean. Breakfast was included.
Aircon was very loud and clunky. Elevators were also loud and slow and broke down before we left so we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs from the 4th floor. Coffee machine was broken but it did get replaced or repaired soon after we reported it.
