The property was very unique. It was very pricey but it was lovely. The room was very unusual. comfortable, though. Nice touch, a glass of wine upon arrival. also we got a SomeMor kit....but no fire in fire pit.
I feel it was overpriced. We had difficulties with the SMART TV, asked the staff for help, they couldn't help us. We were "too old" for this hotel. Everyone was very young! We are not techie and had problems "checking in"..staff wasn't to helpful either. Had to pay for breakfast...for what we paid for the room, we should have had a breakfast roll or something.

We liked the mountain decor and the cleanliness of the room. Also we were able to check into the room a bit early which was very helpful with our schedule. The toiletries were of good quality.
The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. It did not provide adequate support. As I am short, the shower was too high for me. It could not be adjusted. The room contained no drinking glasses or cups. Upon request we were given 4 styrofoam cups. The towels were of budget quality.
