It has a beautiful view of the lake and lots of area for walking by the inn.

The property is huge and there is so much to do there!

The room we stayed in was dirty. The curtain was stained. The carpets didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in a long time, so we kept shoes on. And it smelled really wierd in there.

The inn is beautiful and clean. I enjoyed being able to look out and see the lake. We did a few trails, it was wonderful. Very peaceful and very well kept! We also enjoyed several rounds of air hockey and ping pong!

My only complaint is the food at the inn. Our pretzel was rock hard and the cheese was burnt and clumpy. We went to the restaurant for dinner and learned it was buffet only. We intended on staying on the park grounds our whole weekend and ended up leaving to get good food.

The nostalgia. The amenities. The location.

The place is in need of maintenance. While the inn as a whole is clean the rooms and amenities are in desperate need of maintenance. The spa was not hot and severly stained. The room itself was okay. The bed was extremely soft, but broken in soft. In need of replacement. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off. The freezer in the mini fridge couldnt accommodate anything because it was full of compacted ice. The drain plug was broken. The smoke alarm kept chirping. Front desk said they fixed it and it kept chirping we ultimately just went without for the night. The date on it said 8/15. Clearly needed replaced. Just put some money back into the place. The location is fabulous, it speaks for itself but at least you want the insides to match and allow people to keep choosing to come back.
