Incredible staff, poor cleannesses

The staff were incredible, from the security to the reception to the cleaning staff and everyone helping with carrying the luggage, I can’t stress enough how kind and caring everyone was! Definitely the best thing about this place is their incredible staff

Unfortunately the cleanness of the place is not up to standard (at all). On the outside everything looks nice and clean, but as soon as you pay attention you start to notice (the old furniture smell, the rust on the outdoor lunge chairs and tables by the pool, which was going into the pool, the rust and dirt on the shower curtain which was gross, the dirt on the carpet, the bad smell in the bathroom), and the worst part was when I upgraded to an apartment, from a basic room, paid €200 extra, and there was no bidet!!! As an Arab, this was unacceptable

I had a wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay at El Safwa Resort! The landscaping is great, the location is super convenient, and the resort feels very safe while being close to major malls. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful—everyone there is so nice! Overall, it was an amazing experience and easily one of the best places to stay in Cairo.

My young daughter was quite scared when staff found a frog in the spa area. Additionally, the men's sauna was not working and has an unpleasant odor.
