Good location, clean, comfortable
Housekeeping could not speak English . Very frustrating when you try to ask them something and they don’t understand you. Tv remote did not work so when I texted about it they told me to go to another room that was empty and get that one to use. No hanger for the door to ask for service, had to write on a paper towel and hang it out.

The staff were so helpful. I needed an iron and they bought one and got it to me. The location was perfect. I liked that it is a smaller, quieter property. I also loved being on the ground floor because that was very convenient.
The area in our room where the sink, microwave, HVAC, and closet were was a bit tired. There were holes in the wall that needed filled and painted. It felt like that part of the room hadn't been updated in a very long time. It was even a different color, and the countertop could have used an update as well. It felt like it could also use paint touch-ups elsewhere in the room as well and maybe a deep clean. There was a faint smell of mustiness/mold, especially from that back wall. The bathroom would benefit from a rack for towels and also so that guests can set their clean clothes on that while they shower instead of on the toilet.

Location is perfect being close to the clearing. Breakfast was fine
The heater did not work. Only needed it to get the chill out. The toilet kept clogging and I had to use the plunger often.
