Breakfast was very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Locally, lots to do.
Check-in took us 45 minutes. There was one clerk on duty and about 10 people in line.
The elevator was broken from the time we got there (3:00) until after we got back from dinner around 8:30. It was difficult to get our luggage up to the 4th floor. We are in our seventies. We did get some help. Elevator was fixed the next morning. Shuttle was free from airport to hotel; however, we had to pay $15.99 per person to get to the port the next day. Could have been more reasonable.

Very clean and exceptionally friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast. More options than just a typical hotel breakfast.

Breakfast time was way too early and the options were very limited
I hated the receptionist who dealt with me. She was most uncaring and acted like she owns the property
