The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is very central and very walkable. The accommodation was very clean and homely, with a full kitchen and most kitchen essentials. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.
The showerhead was broken, but we worked with it as-is. My wife said the curtains need to be replaced. However, our overall experience was very good.

It was in a quiet area, close to the downtown
and restaurants, spacious (we had access to the living room, dining room and kitchen besides our own room) meticulously clean, very comfortable bed, excellent AC, wonderful host. She even shared locally-grown avocado with us. We were treated like family. She gave us good suggestions about nearby restaurants and stores. The porch had a swing and a view of the ocean.
