Home2 Suites By Hilton Nokomis

Location great, room great, staff great. Breakfast decent. Lobby, pool and hot tub excellent.

1. Room keys were deactivated before our checkout. Our checkout time was 11am. we went to the lobby about 6:30am for breakfast, did NOT checkout yet, and keys were deactivated by 7am. Very aggravating. 2. The fitted sheet on the bottom of the bed kept coming off the bed - either the wrong size, or the elastic was worn out. Very frustrating. 3. The shower gel was either empty, or the pump did not work so no access to shower gel. Annoying,

They think of everything…beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Rooms are spacious and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Great value, good location, very nice staff

The Overall hotel is lovely. Breakfast is Good. Hotel Staff Friendly. Have Laundry Room available (3 Dollars per Cycle). The Room is big, comfortable. Pool clean. Grill area useful.

The Room Cleaning Schedule was way off. From 9 to 5, they could pass, so you could go to the beach, return at 2PM for lunch and have your room dirty, with no clean towels and the bed unmake. Also they didnt clean our room (the guidelines said "every other day") because there was a problem on their side (we werent on the list of rooms to clean) so they didnt pass (even when we complained on 3 different days on the lobby). They provide beach chairs, but we went with my wife during storm season (it rained 4 of 5 days) and they didnt have two, they only gave us one and told us they didnt have anymore (i cant imagine what it would be on sunny days)
