Towels were rough, room coffee was not good Hall carpet was dirty

Front desk staff was exceptional. Easy check-in. Bathroom shower was great. Towels not so much. Towels were hard and thin. They can use a refresh.
Our room was on the 27th floor. Loud guests were encountered. Had to shlep to lobby on the 2nd from the 27th floor to get ice. Not very convenient. Also on- site valet parking was $65.00/ day.
