For the date we went in September it was very nice, I wouldn't be able to handle the crowd during the season. The corner room on the ninth floor was very nice; it had an oceanfront and oceanside view, separate living room with a sofa bed, big window, full kitchen. Being right on the boardwalk was great for sunrise walks and easy access to many restaurants, shops, etc. Loved the bike path that ran adjacent to the boardwalk.
The breakfast was plentiful, but to us, on our visit, was a bit bland.

Close to the water , clean great customer service
Paling was not connected to hotel. We had to walk from parking garage across the street with all of our belongings and there were some shady people out and around the facility
