Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Great location for food and shopping.
Parking was a challenge due to construction on nearby road.

The location to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the Badlands was great. John at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. My grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool.
I couldn’t find a pillow that was comfortable and the mattress was to soft

Close to downtown, easy to walk to shopping
Our room was not clean. Someone's socks were still laying on floor so I know the room was not vacuumed. Light fixtures were dusty. There was a used bar of soap still sitting on floor of bath tub.
