Good location, great house, poor support from staff.

Location was great.

The amenity bracelets didn’t work for the first few days and the staff was very slow to come fix them. So we weren’t even able to go to the beach for the first few days. Also, the heat didn’t work, so the property was freezing.

6.7 / 10

We had a great time but it would have been better had we known about all the amenities.

There was a code to get in.

It turns out we were not given all of the welcome information but we did not realize that until the last day of our stay, so we were not aware of the amenities we were able to use. The unit was not as clean as it should have been, especially for the price we were paying. We called and some of the issues were addressed. The glass top table was still not really clean and the sand was still out side the back doorstep.
