Excellent hotel with fantastic views of Manhattan. Park in the garage across from the hotel and remember to tell reception to get a validated discount.
Shower could use more pressure but only a small drawback.

Nice breakfast with a view
Elevators could be more frequent

The hotel suite was really well laid out and comfortable. Everything you could need for a work trip was there. We ate in the room one evening and the whole experience was very relaxing. Cleanliness is great. Location is amazing because you can get there by ferry or the train from the World Trade Centre.
Breakfast wasn't great. The location is fantastic because there are views across the Hudson to Manhattan but the cooked food was pretty poor. We didn't eat it. It was also pretty expensive for the room, but everywhere was.

Staff working the breakfast was great. Quiet and good room size
Checking in was chaotic with no covered drop off in a rain storm. Expensive for city view room which felt more like a partial city view with othe building obstruction No rooftop or view of downtown NYC that wasn't thru glass.
