No breakfast provided, but not expected. Kitchen is very adequate to make your own. Loved the rooms, we've stayed often. There is plenty of entertainment nearby however in old town Cottonwood, in Cornville, and you are close to Sedona. The gym, pool, hot tub(s) are excellent, the views are great, and grounds are well maintained. The golf course next to the property is a 6 out of 10 but it is still golf and the restaurant is better than I expected. Great value for the money.
The entertainment equipment really needs updating, antiquated TV's, poor streaming options. I prefer the rooms with an outdoor seating area, particularly on the second floor to take advantage of the stunning views.

Location close to Sedona and Jerome
Bathroom fans are loud, first unit we stayed in had a HVAC drip coming out of the ceiling. So we were moved

Spacious
For some reason despite the property being pretty empty, they grouped a bunch of us in units that had roof repairs, throughout the whole time every morning there would be loud banging until mid afternoon.
