I loved the Morning chocolate pancakes God Bless the lady who made them
The check in was efficient, i was assisted with my luggage when i checked in and when i checked out
Rooms were tidy and it was not crowded as i had anticipated
Environment cosy
Had anticipated the environment to be chaotic due to lodgings by multiple individuals
There were fans to help cool down
Bathrooms and toilets super clean
Towels well stocked
Kitchen had all the utensils to make breakfast, lunch or supper
VALUE FOR MONEY
Climbing the Staircase with luggage
they need to initiate for elevators
Stair are tiresome when handling huge luggage

The staff is available and the hostel is clean.
The room has any lock in the personal box. Air conditioning can be useful. The price is a bit high for a hotstel.

Clean and good value
Location is in a very noisy part of town.

Staff and location.
Bed bug on the mattress when removing sheets. Bedding could be upgraded as pillows was too low and mushy, one is definitely not working. When asked for blankets, was provided with small size, it didn’t cover 5.5 feet human well.
