How the staff was very accommodating to any questions and needs I needed

Pretty sure they have bed bugs as I was bitten up during my stay

Room was clean, , staff friendly. Water pressure in shower was good.

Breakfast ending at 9am. WiFi was down, no notification of that until you asked and no credit offered.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Is in a good location

The AC/heater was terribly noisy. Was very hard to sleep. Our beds seemed to be lumpy, one of the beds had a stain on the mattress
