Very nice and clean
I tried to communicate and ask questions about the property and received no response

Very nice and upscale.
Pretty much anyone can access to the property because of the rooftop bar. They should add key access to the elevators to provide another level of security for guests.

The hotel was beautiful overall, the staff was very nice an accommodating.
We had to move rooms 3 times. First room has issues with the AC. Second room had mold growing on the drywall above the shower. Third room was great, but was very inconvenient to have to move all of our stuff to 3 different rooms. The area was not great, lots of homeless in the area. Not the safest for walking around. Valet was very expensive and there was really no other option for parking.
