The staff specifically "Annette" was very accommodating and kind. Had an unfortunate accident and she was so incredibly kind and compassionate - the whole staff was incredibly helpful The accommodations were fantastic with a lovely courtyard, eating area and swimming pool all set in a tropical paradise. Breakfast was yummy and bikes were available on site to rent. We will certainly return and I can't recommend them highly enough Great location too!
Nothing!!!

Lovely building. Breakfast was good. Pool and area beautiful
Dark hair on my pillow in TFB and filthy make up cloth, .., no working light in bathroom in TFF. Toilet flush requires attention and missing bulb in standard lamp.
We should have requested lower floor...stairs challenging

Beautiful room and stayed nice and cool with the doors closed.
A lot of it needed to be reconstructed. Our bathtub was unstable and you could feel soft spots underneath it. Parking wasn’t an option and there was only one guy on staff, so we had to valet our luggage and bring ourselves to our own room. No concierge was available. Also I found a little friend in the Keurig coffee machine downstairs one morning. I didn’t drink coffee from there after seeing him living his best life!
