Our suite was amazing, so much space and very comfortable. Even though the Lodge was busy it was not noisy. Lots of available parking. I cannot remember the name of the guy who checked us in but he was brilliant. So much laughter over check in. Great location for entering Yellowstone through the Roosevelt Arch. Easy to walk into Gardiner to get breakfast.
Wish we had known how busy the bar and grill was going to be, would have made a reservation or arrived earlier than 7pm!

Quiet
Toilet was too low. UpgrDE TO higher toilets.
Having to pay for a simple breakfast. For the price (over $300/night) I thought they should have complimentary choices.
The entrance was an adventure. Improve the access so it is not bumpy and scary to come and go

great location for animal spotting in Lamar valley, live music down the road, cosy rooms and comfy beds, friendly reception staff
rude member of cleaning staff, got annoyed with us when we accidentally got out on the wrong floor and quickly got back in. He stormed off, which felt unnecessary. Long wait times for hotel restaurant.

Room was nice
When I looked it up and booked said they had a restaurant in it but it was closed that was the reason why I booked it so we didn’t have to leave to get food
