A charming brownstone, spacious and well appointed rooms. The breakfast is grab and go with a good variety of teas, coffee, cereals, fruits etc.
Parking is limited

The decor is beautiful and has a nice artistic vibe. Pulled together in a thoughtfully curated way. We appreciated that very much because we love interior design and art.
I would have wished for more personal interaction from host. Breakfast was virtually empty. I guess many people like no contact, but I like people and would have loved more interaction with host. It is more helpful to get the lay of the land and find special places to go from talking with the host rather than relying on reviews and internet.

The bed was comfortable.
Parking was terrible. On our first night we had to park 2.5 blocks away. The advertisement says coffee/tea available 24/7. Hot tea was. A cold brew machine was not functioning and hot coffee (keurig? Nespresso?) was not available anywhere on the property outside of breakfast hours.
