My wife loves the coffee machine where you can get lattes or cappuccino or other drinks.

The location , price and friendliness of the staff.
It was outdated and needs a makeover. The chair in the room was dusty and the shade was falling apart. Bed felt cold and Un inviting.

I have stayed at this location several times over the past year. I have never had any issues or complaints. I like the price point, convenience, accommodations, and location. The rooms have always felt comfortable and safe.
This most recent visit, we were placed in a room on the 1st floor, main level. The flooring was a mixture of laminate tile which was sticky and carpet. Which made the room feel less cozy. There was visible damage to the exterior wall and the closet door. We were kept up most of the night by the loud footsteps of our upstairs neighbor who was moving around an awful lot during the night and early the next morning. I have never experienced anything like that at this hotel before, so next time, I would prefer to not stay on the main level/1st floor.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for our trip.
The room wasn’t necessarily the cleanest. It was also clear there was prior damage of some sort that had been moderately repaired
