There wasn’t anything that I was unhappy with.

It's a refinery town hotel was a good place to rest and re-energize

Liked the location, close to shopping. The staff are all very friendly. Like to give special thanks to Nisha who was very helpful and easy to deal with.
Liked that the Laundry was clean and well maintained. The daily room cleaning regimen was very professional.
Would have been nice to have ensuite washing and drying appliances. But not really an issue given the close proximity I was to the Laundry.
The WiFi could have been a bit faster

It is an older property and it shows… though repairs and improvements are ongoing… my accommodations were adequate but the suite my brother stayed in was indeed subpar …he also experienced roaches… where I was no hint of infestation . Overall I was comfortable .
Elevator was not working and I have mobility problems no first level suites available. Was told when I arrived but I managed.
