The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect from a casino hotel! The room was comfortable and clean! The food was good and the waitress at Roxie's went out of her way to find me a cinnamon stick because I couldn't find any cinnamon (good luck =).
Service at JJ Brew Brothers was extremely slow, but it seemed like the one bartender was also the food runner and the waiter for the entire restaurant/bar! They were obviously overwhelmed and irritated.

Great location
The room needs a very good repair. The sliding door to the bathroom was about to fall off, and also missing the handle. Big dent in bathroom wall. Also the window in the room was not able to fully close (glad it was not winter time). Asked the frontdesk for a shower cap, and it was my understanding it was complimentary (as it had been on my former Caesar stay at Harrahs just the day before)….but on my invoice at check out I got charged $2 for something that is usually free in most hotels, just a matter of principle in this case.
