Cleanse and tide

Ive stayed at this property for years when coming back to the SC area. I do love it. Staff is helpful, always clean and feels pretty safe over all. Great for kiddos and dogs when travelling with them.

We had major issues with our keys throughout our entire stay. That was incredibly frustrating. I’ve never had this problem before. Plus they got our room wrong so we had an interesting situation which was quickly resolved- just a lil awkward. Again though quickly resolved so not too much of an issue.

I did not have breakfast.

We needed to ask for more towels, coffee cups and condiments.

My Check in time was not honored, I asked for phone call when my room was ready which never received, we left the wedding early because was afraid we would have to make other arrangements, only to be put in handi cap room which was not mentioned, or i would have found somewhere else to stay. The reservation was made in May which had a note needed early check in for wedding. My conformation was for a deluxe king room and that's what I was charged for, if I was going to be put in something different my charges should have been adjusted, plus no soap in shower container.
