The downstairs food spot was perfect. The workers were very attentive and kind; the manager stepped up and helped out

The thermostat didn't work in the room and so too cold at night. At first, told my fault, then a nice staff member jiggled it enough to be ok for my last night. She also offered me a different room and brought a blanket.
The refrigerator was acting like a freezer and froze the food I brought. It took two days to replace it. One of the staff members was borderline rude.
