The stay was excellent, the river views were AMAZING!!! It was very relaxing. Only problem I had was the bed wasnt very comfortable, the electric fireplace was a prefect touch to the room.
The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Room #1 was a nice size with a little bit of privacy between the main bed and fold out couch. Very clean room and nice common areas including community firepit hottub and creek.Pull out couch had a memory foam mattress that was comfortable for one.
Couch fabric was showing its age. Fold out couch mechanism was showing wear in springs that would have likely made it uncomfortable for 2 people. Highway noise while on backporch but not so bad, especially since you will probably be out and about during the day.

Wonderful, friendly staff. They have a “supply” room for guests with so many things to borrow which is great. The outdoor space is private and inviting which creates a great atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring. The river also offers great fishing opportunities. And great location if you want to get away from the noise of Estes!
Unsure if the adjoining rooms had their heat cranked, but our room was unbearably warm and there is no AC. The portable fan did little to help and we continually had to open the patio door to try to cool the room down, wasn’t ideal since we opened to a community deck. Honestly the only downfall of this property, not fun when you are unable to sleep.
