Everything was clean, and super close to shuttles.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I didn’t get to use the amenities it offered but everything was great except the fact that the walls are thin and you can hear everyone walking and that kept waking us up through out the night.

Good location with well kept grounds. Bus stop right outside was convenient. Modern minimalist design improved cleanliness.
Lack of front desk. Final check-in access code acquisition was a hassle. Mini fridges in E building do not have a freezer compartment. Communication of facility ice machine is non-existent, but saw one in picture in laundry room on the website. Lack of low light or dimmer light in bathroom, a negative... either dark as night or full on blinding if the switch is used in the middle of the night. New site with dynamic pricing, but prices are exorbitant for what you receive. AC unit in E213 needs some sound dampening material, noticeable rattling/vibration when compressor kicks on. With all the crowds, traffic, line queuing and salty pizza next door, Zion & Springdale were a disappointment. The main issue is not the crowds but the continued surly responses by management to reviews pointing out the shortcomings of the complex and not owning up to it. On follow-up, remembered the place also has the lowest water pressure of any hotel I have stayed in the last 20 years. I feel for the folks leaving such high reviews, would hate to see where they have stayed in the past or just following the crowd. Don't believe the HYPE! Zion, Springdale and because of THIS HOTEL & THEIR ATTITUDE....it is not a fit.
