Friendly, professional staff. Ability to bring the dog with us.
Too expensive for value. Hot tub was out of order. People above us were extremely loud until around 1am.
We slept in and missed breakfast..

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Nice lobby. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Had to go to another floor to get ice.

Location was good, price was reasonable, staff was kind, and the kids loved the pool.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable, it felt worn in with a sunken area in the middle. It didn’t feel very clean, there was grime and a couple hairs in the bathroom and dusty outlets, not a lot of attention to detail. You could hear every bump and movement from the guests above and outside, even with a white noise machine. And the door needed to be closed very tightly or it could be opened without a key card (luckily we noticed and nothing unsafe happened but it weirded us out a bit).
