Quiet, friendly staff, very good on security and a nice place for long stays in general
only given 1 room key and there was 2 of us.

Central location. Coffee in the morning.
Not a lot to do in downtown Fairbanks. Wish they had a shuttle or some light breakfast options.

The hotel was clean and convenient.
Since we stayed after September 18, breakfast was not available at the site.

Free onsite parking and close location to restaurants and shops.
The king room was very small. Not enough space to have two large suitcases open. Our bed was also sagging on one side so it wasn’t the most comfortable. We also had a view of a parking lot, not a big deal though. We were told to call the hotel to organise a courtesy shuttle pick up from the Fairbanks train depot, however, upon arrival all 5 attempts to contact the front desk failed. It initially connects to their automated AI greeting process but when I requested to reach reception, the transfer failed each time. Fortunately there were Taxi and UBER options to get to the hotel.
