The Buxton, BW Signature Collection by Best Western

Location

The room was cold and they couldn’t do nothing about it

The decor was beautiful. View from our window was amazing, staff was friendly & very helpful.

Breakfast was not included with the room.

Breakfast was OK - coffee was weak

There needs to be more light in the "dressing room" portion of the bathroom - can't see to put your makeup on & a door that can be shut between "dressing area"/"bedroom" especially when a room is being shared. Having to go down to the reception area to get water & coffee - why not have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels

Excellent location, the staff was great and the bed very comfortable. I loved the vintage vibe.

We were awoken to a leaking bathroom light fixture due to the room aboves shower, so we had to change rooms two days later. The clothes hangar rod wasn't long enough and our second room didn't have a refrigerator. The first room only had one chair. The bathroom sink in the King rooms is so big, it leaves no room to put toiletries. Also the Hot Tub wasn't broken our second and third nights. We did not get consistant room cleaning, had to ask to have our garbage emptied.
