Very spacious and comfortable apartment. The view over the marina and yacht clubs is spectacular. Kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. Ample street parking. Gizz Suites is about 1km from old town Fethiye, but there are some wonderful restaurants very close by and right on the water.
The property is wonderful, but a good distance from Calis Beach, where a couple of our excursions departed.

The room was nice and equipped with everything necessary. It was clean and comfortable. Free coffee downstairs. Free parking. Nice stuff. In general, it was better than I expected based on description.
Pillows should be replaced.
The digital communication was annoying - too many messages (texts, chats, application, emails) with pushy requests to register online. I tried but it required a lot of information so I quit. The registration at the reception was easy and quick so I’m glad I didn’t waste time for digital registration.
