Our room was on the hill location, which gave us a fantastic view of the lake, Perfect location to relax and just watch the boats go by.
The views and how quiet it was. It was also a quick ride to Weirs Beach. Patrick’s restaurant was 5 mins down the road.

Excellent staff interaction. Family owned and very accommodating. Amazing view of Lake Winnipesaukee. Nice quite place to just relax while looking at the lake. Very close to concert venue, stores and other resources. Direct lake access for swimming and activities. Have a boat dock that can be used by guests.
Nothing really. Have stayed here several times without any issues.

Location was great, place was nice, the view of the lake was beautiful. Overall, we had a good brief stay.
The lock was broken on the large window, which made me feel a little unsafe. The bed was also extremely creaky and my spouse and I woke each other up each time one of us rolled over.

The view is very nice
No staff unless you call for them on phone. Room was small and outdated. Bathroom was tiny and no counter space at all at sink. There was only 1 face cloth and 1 hand towel. Chair in room was dirty. TV was very hard to figure out so I called on phone to a staff member in building next door. Not very helpful. We had to help another couple check in by telling them they had to call number on a card. Otherwise they would have the same problem we had. Not a good experience. Very disappointed.
