Rooftop bar was great. Andrew is a solid tender. Marriott is expensive, especially with a $75 dog fee, so we were disappointed that we had trouble wih the internet and the laundry facilities were closed for repair (we were on a long roadtrip). The manager did right by us by helping with a discount.
There was no free breakfast for the expensive room and it's always disappointing when an upscale hotel doesn't have premium movie channels on the TV. I don't want to have to input my passwords for the subscription services, and the TV sucks when you have to watch commercials. These details make you feel cheated when you pay so much for a room and the franchise is all about "guest experience."

Have stayed here before and love. This time wasn’t as good.
We were put on 1st floor (which some of the hotel the 1st floor is ground floor, but it’s on a hill, and some of second floor is ground level). The first morning we went to open the curtain and there were people, right even with us, so we had to keep curtains closed. Also, that night we were facing the road and were repeatedly woken up to trucks gasing it past our room. Also needed ice and there was no ice machine on this floor. We had to go upstairs to complete other end to get ice.

Close to campus, much nicer than other area hotels and super friendly staff
Prices are a little high

Convenient
Toilet hardly flushed and sometimes didn’t flush. The carpet felt welt. The sink would not drain. There were gnats bye the coffee pot.
We were passing through and only needed the room for sleep since we arrived around 11p. It could have been cleaner for the price. And we probably would’ve called housekeeping had we been staying for a longer period of time.
