Courtyard by Marriott Boston Littleton

The breakfast was really good & I liked the fact that there was a variety of different kinds of coffee.

The overall experience was nice, big beds, clean room, clean bathroom and fire pit outside, there was a restaraunt in the lobby, (we didn't eat there). There is a small shopping center across the street. Close to route 495.

No complaints about property

Cleaning staff was friendly. Great location next to restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.

Hotel staff did not answer the phones when I called originally booked or when we would call down to the front desk. Couldn’t recommend local attractions but did a good job with their Salem recommendation.

Pool, room, convenience, clean, relaxing

We forgot breakfast wasn't included, that was disappointing. that's on us because we have bad memory, the first hotel we stayed at did. front desk lady wasn't very nice, we've been there 3 times in the last two years. I haven't had my ID for that two years, she made a big deal out of it. My boyfriend had his id but she wouldn't take it, which is funny because last year he didn't have his id either and we used my mom's id. Just take my money and leave me alone, she was kinda rude made a comment that maybe I should get my id and laughed. Just because it's inconvenient for you doesn't mean you should make comments like that, yes I should but I don't need to explain myself to strangers.
