Location is great and the bed is comfortable. Lovely hotel.
Rooms overlooking the atrium are noisy especially at weekends when the bar is busy which isn’t great if you want to rest

The concierge team was excellent and provided exceptional service. The hotel is beautiful and feels like stepping back in time. Our room was spacious and lovely, and we were able to check in early for a small additional fee.
The water in the shower was not hot enough. At breakfast, we had to wait in line for the restaurant as though we were walk-in guests, despite being hotel guests who had already paid for breakfast. The breakfast dishes were disappointing.
