overall the staff was friendly, getting someone to answer the phone and actually speak to me was rough. i was put on hold and hung up on several times, I almost cancelled my room
the girl in the front looked like she was having a bad day, customer service and direction giving can improve.

We liked the location
Our room smelled like mold, and the refrigerator smelled like weed. The room was very old and outdated and definitely needs major maintenance. Although the overall stay was okay, the condition of the room could have been much better.
