Property layout was more or less as expected
Reception, bar area, shop was all in one small area! My wife wanted a cup of warm milk, they charged $4.00! Not over helpful staff

Amazing location. Short walk to beach. It has a cool vibe, which 95% of other hotels don't have. Any time where the person checking you in at the front desk can pour you a cold beer, need I say more?

The heated pool was really nice. The restaurant, cafe and other common areas were convenient and cute. The rooms were descent and clean.
The hot tub was not working during our stay. Although the rooms were clean, they felt a bit dated. We originally booked a double queen with a balcony, but asked to be moved due to the location of the balcony rooms. The balcony rooms are off of another parking lot, and a ways away from the pool and other amenities. Had they had a nice view, we would stayed in the original room but it was just a view of the building across the street.
