Location, property cleanliness.
The room smelled like smoke & there was an odor of dog urine

Affordable, good location, quiet and the staff were very friendly. Loved having a full size refrigerator.
Not enough pillows but we asked for more. No ice machine but we survived. Shower curtains were short but again, we survived.
