Nice area with private beach and swiming. Fairly decent location. The rooms were clean with exception. Property was pretty and clean. The staff was was polite and helpful.
Mattress was too hard. Light shined in the window in the evening thru the night. Head board seemed to be filthy. Room was smaller than expected.

Pelican Cottages is close to many great restaurants and marinas. Our bed had a very comfy mattress. It was very clean, and staff was very friendly. This place is right on water with dock access and a beach. I loved the old Florida charm.
I liked everything! We had the economy room which was small, but at a great price. Next time we visit, we may get a larger room.

AC unit in the room made it impossible to sleep. Cannot recommend this budget option to anyone.
